Pick a Wednesday and register in under a minute โ the Teams link and a calendar invite arrive by email right away. Coming to more than one? Register for each. Can't make it live? Register anyway and we'll send the recording.
One topic per session, timed to the senior calendar
Senior year, done right: the next 60 days
Kickoff: what's still in play before Nov 1 and Nov 15, a final balance check on the list, true cost and FAFSA, essays that sound like your student, and connecting majors to careers.
Nov 1 is behind you โ now the Nov 15 push
What to do in the two weeks between the first early deadlines and the next: Early Decision II, rolling admission, and keeping Regular Decision from piling up in December.
After you hit submit
Checking portals, interviews, mid-year reports, and building a Regular Decision plan that reuses what you've already written.
Supplements that sound like your student
"Why us," community and activity essays: what readers look for, and how to write ten of them without burning out.
Paying for it: FAFSA, CSS Profile and merit aid
What each form asks, which deadlines matter, and how to estimate your real cost before offers arrive.
The Regular Decision sprint
Three weeks to Jan 1: a day-by-day plan to finish every remaining application without a holiday-week meltdown.
Admitted, deferred, denied โ now what?
Reading early decisions, writing a strong letter of continued interest, and what changes in your Regular Decision list.
Parents and students are both welcome. Bring your questions โ the last 15 minutes are yours.
